Crying alarm event

Crying alarm event detection.cry.detected

Key fields

No event-specific extension fields; outputData is often {}.

Notes

Standard pushes use capabilityEvent and this page’s msgType; some models may also use legacy msg_type—see device.capability.list and message query.

Subscribe to capabilityEvent in setMessageCallback. msgType matches the event ID in this page title (detection.cry.detected, same as the Event types index). For the V2 push payload (deviceId, productId, outputData, etc.), see Common payload and Receive alarm messages; this page summarizes outputData only. Query/receive requires message permission Alarm (see Message permissions).

This event is channel-level (push may include channelId; list/search filter by channel). Minimal shape: { "outputData": {} }.

Legacy device (e.g. e_cryingAlarm / e_std_comCryAlarm, group_policy one) map to the same msgType; push outputData is often {}. Enable property: Crying detection (detection.cry.enabled).
