标准推送以 capabilityEvent 与本页 msgType 为准；消息 list/search 亦可能命中历史 msg_type，以 device.capability.list 与消息查询为准。
收推送须在 setMessageCallback 订阅 capabilityEvent。msgType 为 detection.arming.changed（与 事件总表 一致）。外壳见 概述与公共负载 与 接收告警；本页仅摘要 outputData。需 Alarm 权限。本事件为设备或通道级（可有 channelId）。
compose：历史布撤防码（如 home/leave/no_defend 或 legacy Home/Away/Disarm msg_type）归并为本 catalog msgType detection.arming.changed，平台翻译后 outputData.mode 为上表字符串枚举，勿按历史报文整包或 int 解析。对照见 事件消息类型。当前模式 property 见 布撤防模式。
