标准推送以 capabilityEvent 与本页 msgType 为准；消息 list/search 亦可能命中历史 msg_type，以 device.capability.list 与消息查询为准。
收推送须在 setMessageCallback 订阅 capabilityEvent。msgType 等于本页标题中的 event ID（detection.attention.detected，与 事件总表 一致）。查询/接收需 Alarm。通道级（含 channelId）。outputData 常为 {}：
