标准推送以 capabilityEvent 与本页 msgType 为准；消息 list/search 亦可能命中历史 msg_type，以 device.capability.list 与消息查询为准。
收推送须在 setMessageCallback 订阅 capabilityEvent。msgType 为 detection.duty.detected。compose：e_std_comLeaveDetAlarm 常为 {}；仅 e_std_comLeaveDetAlarmV1 可含 optional region。
V2 capabilityEvent 推送外壳（deviceId/outputData 等）以 接收告警 为准；概述与公共负载 仅 legacy iotEvent/desc 补充，勿与能力事件 outputData 混用。
