标准推送以 capabilityEvent 与本页 msgType 为准；消息 list/search 亦可能命中历史 msg_type，以 device.capability.list 与消息查询为准。
收推送须在 setMessageCallback 订阅 capabilityEvent。msgType 为 detection.sentry.detected。通道级（含 channelId）。e_std_comVehGuardAlarm 常为 {}；仅 e_std_comVehGuardAlarmV1 可含 optional region。
