Create an app

Register a developer account, create an app, then copy AppId and AppSecret from the console. Devices, purchased services, and API calls are all tied to this account.

Steps

1. Open Sign up, complete the form, and finish registration. Store the credentials securely. This account is the super administrator: it can create sub-accounts and delegate permissions to users inside your app. See Accounts.
2. Open Create an app. The app type can be H5, mobile, web, or PC. The app belongs to your developer account. The platform uses your app profile to identify partnership opportunities and may contact you.
3. Under My Application → Application Information, copy AppId and AppSecret. Use them when calling accessToken. Never embed AppSecret in a client app package or a public repository.
