controlDeviceWifi: control device connection hotspot

Function details

Connect the device to the designated WIFI.

Note: The current interface takes a long time. It is recommended to set the data transmission timeout to 75s or more; before switching WIFI, you need to call wifiAround to obtain surrounding wifi information.
