queryCloudRecordBitmap: Query cloud recording mask monthly

Function details

Query the cloud coverage mask of the device/channel in a certain year and month, and return the Bitmap, indicating whether there is cloud video recording on each day of the month, 1 means there is recording, and 0 means there is no recording.
