警笛

本域说明

权限 Config。设备与通道。detection.siren 的 scope 为 all：不传 channelId 看设备整体；传 channelId 看该通道。关闭警笛等设备级消音与通道级 invoke 共用本块；其余叶按点位与 channelId 语义使用。

新接入请先读能力使用。调用前用 device.capability.list 确认设备是否支持本页能力；权限见权限码；错误码见能力错误码。
