其他能力接口
本域说明
这些方法有独立方法名，不会出现在 device.capability.list 里。参数表比能力使用里的获取 / 设置页多「默认值」「合法值」两列。不是属性 get/set，不要和「获取……属性 / 设置……属性」混用。WiFi 信号档见 网络；日期格式、升级事件见 系统。详情、在离线、绑定见 设备管理。
遗留 HTTP 对照见 旧版接口 与 设备能力对接（如 device.reboot.execute → restartDevice；旧 getDeviceUtcTimeZone 拆为 device.time.get + device.timezone.get/set）。
