Devices
You bind devices to your developer account. After binding, the device and any services purchased under that account belong to the account. The overseas Open Platform does not offer device hosting: end users cannot host devices from their app to your developer account.

App users should not use the administrator accessToken to control these devices. Create a sub-account and grant permissions instead. See Sub-accounts and policies.
