功能详情
特征图识别结果上报。上报报文里 msgType 等于 detection.counting.picRecognized。在 callbackFlag 中订阅 capabilityEvent。见 接收设备消息、setMessageCallback、事件专页、概述与公共负载。
上报字段说明
outputData 内字段。平台字段见 公共负载。state 是字符串枚举，样例里是 "0"。

管理员操作自己绑定的设备不需要权限。操作被分享设备需要报警消息权限。子用户绑定不需要。子账号需要 Alarm。列表/检索按条过滤无权事件。客流。
