功能详情
标准推送以 capabilityEvent 与本页 msgType 为准；消息 list/search 亦可能命中历史 msg_type，以 device.capability.list 与消息查询为准。 事件字段见 事件专页。
车牌识别触发时上报。msgType 为 detection.plate.detected。收推送须订阅 capabilityEvent。实时推送见 接收设备消息、setMessageCallback；总表检索与公共外壳见 事件目录、概述与公共负载。
上报字段说明
outputData 内字段。平台字段见 公共负载。** 标准**载荷常见仅 infos/infos.no；下列扩展字段是否出现以机型与实际上报为准（见 事件类型）。

最小权限
管理员操作自己绑定的设备不需要权限。操作被分享设备需要报警消息权限。子用户绑定不需要。子账号需要 Alarm。列表/检索按条过滤无权事件。
