功能详情
无人出现检出时上报。msgType 为 detection.unmanned.detected。收推送须订阅 capabilityEvent。见 接收设备消息、setMessageCallback、事件目录、概述与公共负载。
上报字段说明
outputData 内字段。平台字段见 公共负载。标准 capabilityEvent 载荷常为 {}；带 region 为扩展机型（见 事件类型）。

管理员操作自己绑定的设备不需要权限。操作被分享设备需要报警消息权限。子用户绑定不需要。子账号需要 Alarm。列表/检索按条过滤无权事件。
