Scope

This domain covers external load control: infrared remote, outlet switching, travel motor, and lock actuator. It is unrelated to fill-light light.ir.

Sub-accounts need Config; shared devices need Config,config (per capability). property get/set coexists with device.service.invoke (e.g. lock actuator); some subdomains raise Alarm events (IR learn failure, outlet countdown, and so on)—use Receive device messages with capabilityEvent via setMessageCallback. Device scope: do not send channelId.
