Scope

This domain covers local storage media and capacity capabilities. Capacity, encryption, and SD card format are under Local media.

Sub-accounts need Format. Shared devices need the storage management permission (see Permission codes; storage.local share_auth_code includes Format/format aliases). Device scope—do not send channelId.
