Scope
This domain covers diagnostics, upgrade, and time-related system capabilities. For the upgrade flow, see Upgrade device firmware.
A sub-account needs Config. A shared device needs the basic configuration permission. Device scope. Do not send channelId. Time in this domain only changes date format. UTC sync, time zone, and trigger upgrade are in Other capability APIs.
