Scope
This domain covers network capabilities such as Wi-Fi scan results and connection status. App provisioning may still require the client SDK; see Mobile app development.
Sub-accounts need Config. Shared devices need basic configuration permission. Device scope; do not pass channelId. Scanning hotspots, connecting, and disconnecting are outside this domain; see Other capability APIs.
