Collect SDK logs

Collect SDK logs

When preview or API calls fail, confirm request parameters first, then capture SDK logs for support.

Steps

  1. Enable logging on the platform you reproduce (Android or iOS below).
  2. Reproduce the issue once.
  3. Export the full log segment. Remove AppSecret, tokens, and playable URLs before you email Get help.

Android

From Android OpenSDK §5:

  • Call LCOpenSDK_Utils.enableLogPrint() to turn SDK log output on or off.
  • Call LCOpenSDK_Utils.setLogLevel() with 0 fatal, 1 error, 2 warning, 3 info, or 4 debug.

After reproduction, save a complete logcat slice that includes the failure window.

iOS

From iOS OpenSDK §2.2:

  • Create LCOpenSDK_LogInfo, set levelType (for example LogLevelTypeDebug), and call [[LCOpenSDK_Log shareInstance] setLogInfo:info].

After reproduction, copy the full console or device log from Xcode for the same time range.

PC and light app

PC OpenSDK and ImouPlayer logging switches are not documented on a dedicated overseas page. Describe the client version from Downloads and attach whatever log your integration already exposes.
