Permission Config. Channel scope; get/set must pass channelId.

When device.capability.list exposes audio.mic.enabled, follow ident and value hints in the list; some models gate via ability config/query (enableTypes such as aecv3, audioEncodeControl)—use list and read-back, not mixed entry points.
