What it does
Reads anti-flicker configuration on this channel. The standard struct includes frequency / shutterSpeed / brightness; some IPC mappings expose only frequency—use the fields returned by get. Enum fields inside config (frequency / shutterSpeed) appear as strings in JSON samples (for example "0"), unlike the numeric scalar on anti-flicker switch. shutterSpeed optional enum values vary by ident and model—do not assume the full 0–6 set on every device.

Minimum permission
The administrator does not need an extra permission on a device they bound. A shared device needs the basic configuration permission. A bound sub-user does not. A sub-account needs Config. Omitting channelId on a channel-scope capability returns DV2007. Mixing device and channel in one request returns DV2008.
