Local recordings
Scope
Permission RecordReplay. Channel scope.
Reader path: record.file.* is local recording file index/query (property or invoke), not cloud on-demand playback control. pageSize is the page size for list; cover is the cover capability bitmask (see cover get). Legacy HTTP is queryLocalRecords (fields differ from invoke).
