What it does
List presence means three-code merge (device password, SC code, encrypted password). ability TCM; mutually exclusive with capability set CK; usually one of SCCode per model generation.

Use device.capability.list for discovery only. OpenBook does not expose device.property.get/set or device.service.invoke on this leaf.
