What it does
Standalone leaf identifier: on TSL it is often a read-only capability bit; the open surface exposes a service for list/discovery only—do not expose TSL shape to third parties as ordinary property get/set.
Invocation
Use device.capability.list for discovery only. OpenBook does not expose device.property.get/set or device.service.invoke on this leaf.
