What it does
Cloud model cm_oneWayLink/800400 capability gate: signaling may be buffered on the platform for low-power / hardware wake scenarios—not a normal device.service.invoke leaf. Integrate via SDK / model only when this ID appears in list; like Ethernet to Wi-Fi, this is a discovery-only service.
Invocation
Use device.capability.list for discovery only. OpenBook does not expose device.property.get/set or device.service.invoke on this leaf.
