control.outlet.timerSet (Set timer)
control.outlet.timerSet: Set timer
control.outlet.timerSet · device scope · permission Config
What it does
Local timer workflow: timerSet → Get timer / Timer delay list → subscribe to timerFinished / timerFailed. operType 0 create / 1 delete / 2 modify. timerList is the timer countdown list (TSL timer_list); split from taskList per device.capability.list. Each call runs once.

Minimum permission
The administrator does not need an extra permission on a device they bound. A shared device needs the basic configuration permission. A bound sub-user does not. A sub-account needs Config. Do not send channelId on device-scope capabilities. Mixing device and channel properties in one request returns DV2008. A timeout does not mean the device did not apply the change.
